    My wedding was 3/16/25 and as of today 1/3/26 l have still not received all of my wedding photos. I received my engagement photos and my wedding "sneak peeks". Disappointed as my wedding was almost a year ago and I'm still waiting for my pictures.

    My experience with Brandy Palacios was unfortunately very disappointing. She photographed our engagement session and was supposed to do my bridals and our wedding in April of 26, but after nearly nine weeks, we still haven’t received our photos despite being repeatedly told they would arrive “tomorrow” or “early next week,” a promise that was broken five different times. I tried to be patient and understanding, but communication was consistently lacking; it often took multiple messages just to get a response, and three attempts to schedule my bridal session went unanswered. After months of delays, no photos, and ultimately losing our retainer, we decided to part ways and still have not heard back from her. I truly wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend her services, as the lack of communication, reliability, and follow-through simply isn’t worth the risk.

    We hired Brandy as our wedding photographer for our wedding which took place on April 11, 2025. Our contract provided that we could expect to receive our photos in a reasonable timeframe of 8-10 weeks. As of today, September 22, Brandy still has not delivered our bridal shoot, rehearsal dinner or wedding photo galleries. Despite our repeated requests, Brandy has failed to give us even a rough estimate of when we can expect to receive our photos, and she has ignored our last several attempts to follow up entirely. We have remained patient and understanding for the last several months, but the delay, in addition to Brandy’s lack of responsiveness throughout this time, has simply become unreasonable. Thus, we regretfully cannot recommend working with her at this time.
