I have always had a thing for romance, that "you're my cantinho do ceu" (little corner of the sky) type of connection. It's these true moments, the smallest ones, that mean the most. The fact that I get to capture these and hand them to you as lembranças (keepsakes), means more than you may ever know. What are these phrases I reference? They're words near and dear to my heart. Everything I do is out of passion, and Portuguese is a part of my culture I'm overjoyed to introduce to you. Let's go on a coffee date soon, I can't wait to hear all about your ideas and plans for the day.

With a combination editorial and photojournalistic approach to wedding days, I'm able to capture the day as emotion-filled as it was, while creating frame-worthy shots you won't believe are you and your s.o. I have a burning desire to see the world through my culture obsessed lens. When you bring me along for your destination wedding, I'm able to help throughout the whole process with my 3 languages and travel experience, while freezing the unique culture in time through travel photos of the area. Once you look back at these with your grandkids, you'll be overcome with saudade (nostalgia) as you're brought back in time.

    Everyone needs a photographer like Angie!

    I've worked with Angie for about a year and she has even come with me to Colombia to help shoot a destination wedding with me. Her professionalism at her age is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows. She has an amazing eye and is really great at candid photography which is something that's hard to teach! And best of all, she's just a wonderful person to be around which helps ease tension on a wedding day. I couldn't recommend her more!

    It felt calming just having her around

    Angie was so easy to work with! She’s a sweet girl who works well with all the vendors and makes sure everyone has what they need, super professional. It felt calming just having her around and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. Even after the actual wedding, she promptly sent out the photos to me so I could have high quality photos of my work to share on my social medias and portfolio. Can’t wait to work with her again!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
You’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 50 to 80 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my experienced colleagues with very similar shooting styles and I will edit all the photos myself.
I'm currently living in sunny Miami and serving all of South Florida, but constantly traveling, so check my bucket list if you're looking for something international.
Nope! Photography doesn't only consist of me taking the photos, a huge part of what you see is how I edit. Say you hire a chef and they only give you the raw ingredients. All you get is raw chicken. YIKES! I will include everything I know you'll love, and if you think I missed anything, just lmk! My goal is to have your blind trust, and if you do trust me, you won't ask for the RAWs.
A 30% retainer fee is required to secure your date, and the other 70% is due one month before your wedding. You'll be using a system where you can pay directly with your credit card and even set up auto-pay. If you'd rather set up a payment plan, we can work with that too.
Your retainer fee is non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, a 30% rescheduling fee will be applied. Trust me, I don't want to keep your money, it's because once you're in my calendar, I am counting on that to help pay my bills, and might have already rejected other projects for that date.
Heck to the no! My photography is all about capturing you in your element, and in your truest form, but I'll happily get rid of any scars or pimples that wouldn't usually be there. I don't encourage body shaming nor unrealistic ideals, therefore, I will not alter your image. If that's what you're looking for, we're probably not a right match.
Depending on the destination, I always leave 1-3 days in advance. This way, even if my flights are delayed, there's enough of a buffer for me to get there the night before.
My destination packages are all-inclusive, but there are different costs for national vs international destinations. No matter what, these always include a roundtrip ticket from Miami to your destination, transportation, hotel stays, and food per diem.
Of course, I work alongside you and your planner! Considering your priorities, we create a stress-free day, with enough time to get you those frame-worthy shots, some alone time with your lover, and leave plenty of room to paaartay!
Yes, travel packages are all-encompassing. I'm well aware how hectic planning a wedding can be, and the last thing I want is for you to have to worry about my travel expenses. No matter where in the world your wedding is, you can leave it in my hands.
