Welcome to Alleyway Studios. I’m Chris Alley, owner, photographer, and videographer with over 30 years of experience capturing meaningful moments. Based in Knoxville, TN, I proudly serve clients throughout the surrounding areas. My passion for photography began at age 15 when my dad gave me my first camera. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to creating images and videos that tell real stories and preserve lasting memories. At Alleyway Studios, every session is about authenticity, creativity, and capturing moments you’ll treasure for years to come.

Amazing Experience
Chris with Alleyway Studios has always been so much fun to work with. From taking our wedding pictures to accommodating us for a last minute Christmas card photo session - he really is the best! Great quality pictures and edits them in a timely manner too!

Amazing Studio!
Chris is a wonderful photographer. He was very patient and kind through all the chaos. He delivered the best photos and only the best ones. Chris took pictures before and after the wedding of family and friends. He went above and beyond to accommodate everyone and their times. He always had a smile on his face and spoke kindly to everyone.

Great wedding photos
We had an amazing experience working with Chris for our wedding day. From our first conversation, they were responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole planning process smooth. On the day of the wedding, they had a calm energy that helped us relax when we were feeling nervous, and they guided us through poses and timing without making it stressful. Their technical skills really showed—they brought professional lighting and a drone to capture shots we never would have gotten otherwise.
