Your elopement or small gathering (+/- 10 persons) will be anything be anything but dull as we celebrate the journey that brought the two of you together and the love you share. Your "I Do's" will be meaningful, personal, and joyous.

    The Absolute Best Officiant!

    Nancy was the absolute BEST officiant! She wrote and created such a Beautiful ceremony for us! Nancy planned this out so carefully, thoughtfully and meticulously. She gathered information to write our Love Story which was amazing! We appreciate her so much! Nancy went way, way, way, above and beyond for our ceremony. She is super organized and very efficient. I would also like to say she has a lot of patience (especially during our rehearsal). Nancy really is amazing in every sense of the word. We could not thank her enough for our beautiful ceremony! She told our love story and it was the most amazing thing to actually listen to! I would recommend Nancy every single time! She is so caring and thoughtful as well and now a friend for life. Thank you Nancy for going way above and beyond for our ceremony! You made it great and all of our guests said it was the most intimate and beautiful ceremony they have ever been to! We really have Nancy to thank for that! Even with the last minute changes due to the weather we all came together and made it work! We appreciate you more than you know!     Nancy Is Wonderful

    Nancy was amazing from the second we hired her for our wedding. She made the whole process so easy and was so kind and supportive. I love the questionnaires she sent to us and our family and used that to create our very unique love story and was a surprise till the ceremony. It made our ceremony so special and nothing like anyone has seen before they said. It was so special and so in tune to us and our story. Something I’ll never forget. Nancy was even so patient and understanding when we had some of the wedding party running late to rehearsal. I’ll forever recommend Nancy for any officiant needs. So thankful she was part of our special day.

My fee includes all travel, including the rehearsal, within a 20 mile radius from my location in Lacey, WA. There are no extra fees. If you would like me to travel beyond a 20 mile radius, I charge $1/mile. Venues over 50 miles from Lacey, WA may require an overnight stay if there is a rehearsal the day prior to the wedding.
I recommend and gently insist on a rehearsal – that’s why it’s included in my services! If your venue is not available for a rehearsal, don’t fret! We just need a space where we can imagine a “front area” and practice walking down a mock aisle and standing in a line. We can make anywhere work; a park, a condo rec-room, a hallway… We want to do everything we can to make sure everyone is as relaxed as possible on your wedding day. A rehearsal – anywhere – goes a long way towards that.
After we meet and you decide to book me, I send you an email with payment options. You can pay by PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo, or CashApp. I ask for a 50% booking deposit as a retainer, and I ask for the remaining 50% well after you have the draft of your ceremony script and it’s almost complete. Then I start building your story and fine-tuning your ceremony until you’re in love with it.
You will obtain your Washington Marriage License and provide it to me before your ceremony. Then I provide registration of your marriage with the county clerk’s office.
This has never happened, but fortunately I have a deep bench of several licensed and experienced colleagues who I know would knock your ceremony out of the park as well as I would. Your ceremony will already be completely written by me, of course, and I would call on one of my colleagues to seamlessly step in and read and perform what you and I have created together.
