Hi, I'm Syd & I create meaningful, personalized wedding ceremonies by working closely with each couple to create a ceremony that reflects their personalities, love story, values, and vision...whether heartfelt, humorous, traditional, unconventional, or somewhere in between. I also provide vow guidance, ceremony planning support, rehearsal services, and marriage license assistance.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all ceremonies. My goal is for your guests to walk away saying, “That was SO them.” I take the time to truly listen, get to know each couple, and turn the little details of their relationship into a ceremony that feels genuine and natural. I’m welcoming of all couples, beliefs, traditions, and wonderfully unconventional ideas...from intimate elopements to themed ceremonies and everything in between.

Perfect for elopements, intimate weddings, backyard ceremonies, or couples who simply want to make it official! Includes a meaningful 5–10 minute ceremony using a standard script, brief planning coordination, marriage license signing and handling, and travel up to 30 miles. Additional travel fees may apply.

Heart Package

Description

For couples who want a ceremony that feels personal without all the extras. Includes an initial consultation, personalized ceremony script, unlimited email communication, ceremony officiation, marriage license signing and handling, a keepsake ceremony certificate, and travel up to 50 miles.

Love Story Package

Description

My most popular package! Your story takes center stage. Includes everything in the Heart Package, plus an in-depth couple questionnaire, your unique love story woven throughout the ceremony, personal vow guidance, optional unity ceremony coordination, a ceremony rehearsal consultation by phone or video, and travel up to 100 miles. In-person rehearsal attendance can be added for $100 plus applicable travel.

Description

For couples who want the full-service ceremony experience. Includes everything in the Love Story Package, plus in-person rehearsal attendance, priority planning support, coordination with your photographer, DJ, or planner, ceremony timeline assistance, unlimited ceremony revisions, and travel up to 150 miles.

    Professional and kind

    Sydney was professional and kind. She made sure the script was to our liking and followed our preferences. She was very sweet and helpful with the outline of the ceremony and the vows.

    Syd has a gift for listening to and understanding the couples that she works with. From the beginning of our work with her, she matched our energy and mirrored our style from interactions with us to the delivery of our ceremony. Her self-sufficiency and knowledge surrounding ceremonies greatly eased the stress of planning. Her responses to questions were timely and removed any uncertainty. She checked in with us at regular intervals to make sure we weren’t running into questions or concerns. She worked seamlessly with our DJ to coordinate all aspects of the ceremony and the music we had chosen. Syd was polite, punctual, thoughtful and catered to our preferences. I would definitely recommend Syd’s Ceremonies to a friend or family member. She was lovely to work with!
