Koru Ceremony Llc: Celebrating New Beginnings packages
Package #1
Initial Deposit: $297.50 (50% of Ceremony Fee) (If your wedding is in 3 weeks or less at the time of booking, the full $595 is required.) Koru provides the same personal care to all of our couples. However, Package 1 has fewer options than Package 2 or 3 and does not include a rehearsal. This package is only available for the following weddings: 1. Off-Season (January – March) 2. Weekday (Monday – Thursday) 3. Minimony (less than ten guests) 4. Elopement and Short Notice (3 weeks or less)

Package #2
Initial Deposit: $397.50 (50% of Ceremony Fee) This package covers the many hours it takes to get to know you and to create and perform a custom-built ceremony celebrating you. It includes: 1. Two meetings (planning + review) 2. Unlimited email communication 3. Writing personal, customized script + edits 4. Help with readings, music, etc. 5. Rehearsal guidance so everyone feels prepared 6. Early arrival (30-60 min. ahead) 7. Officiating the ceremony with expertise 8. Filing the marriage license

Package #3
Initial Deposit: $497.50 (50% of Ceremony Fee) This popular premier package includes everything in Package #2, plus these additional features to take your wedding day to the next level. 1. Your personalized love story to share with your guests during the ceremony 2. A vow-writing session with guidance in writing eloquent, heartfelt personal vows with each of you. 3. A copy of the book The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman to support your marriage journey

Koru Wedding Ceremony
Pat was an incredible officiant for our wedding! From our first conversation, she was incredibly detail-oriented, thoughtful, and made the entire process feel less stressful. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and guided us through the different steps leading to our ceremony. On the day of our wedding, the ceremony she delivered was everything we hoped for - warm, personal, and full of meaning. Her calm and professional presence helped us feel relaxed and truly in the moment. We received many compliments from our guests on the ceremony! Working with Pat was a fantastic experience for us, and we’re so grateful she was part of our special day.

Koru did and AMAZING job at putting together our ceremony! Our guests could not stop raving about how personalized and special the ceremony was. It was truly memorable. Deciding on an officiant was one of our tougher decisions for us during wedding planning. We went back and forth on asking a friend vs hiring a vendor. Pat was so personable and bubbly during our first meet, my husband and I knew the second we hung up on the Zoom meeting that we were going to hire her. Pat was so easygoing and responsive to questions/changes we made throughout the process. She was also a large help during our rehearsal and had a ton of great tips for the wedding party. Hiring Koru was one of the best decision we made for our wedding day.

We loved having Sarah from Koru as our officiant. We initially considered asking a friend, but we are very happy we went with Sarah. She was very dependable, a clear and quick communicator, and very experienced and knew all of the tricks of the trade, which a friend just wouldn’t have known (stepping out of the way for the first kiss, method for us repeating back words, logistics for walking down the aisle, method for rings exchange, etc.). We crafted our ceremony from Koru’s packet of ready-made sections for each part of the ceremony. Sarah went over it with us in detail beforehand and made all the minor tweaks that we asked for. She helped us have our ceremony remain focused on us and our relationship. Sarah ran the rehearsal very well and has great attention to detail. She was quirky and fun and we enjoyed it. Sarah also provided marriage license and name change information, which was super helpful. It was a great feeling to feel solid about our ceremony and officiant. She genuinely cares about us as a couple. Sarah did a great job! We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Pat Werk with Koru Ceremony was an incredible officiant. She was organized, experienced, and enthusiastic. She helped us create a ceremony that was personal to us and meaningful to our audience.
