Whether you're planning a small elopement or a large wedding with all the bells and whistles, our team of officiants will spend whatever time it takes to get to know you, learn your story, and craft the perfect ceremony for you. We are at your service and will stand with you every step of the way. We are not one of your "vendors". We are your friend, your mentor, and your champion as we celebrate YOU!

Have the Ceremony that you want. We will strive to get to know you, so that we can write and tailor a ceremony that is both personal and meaningful to you. There is no such thing as a "one-size-fits-all" ceremony. This is your day, and we will do everything possible to make the entire experience memorable for you, your family members, and friends so that they will say the same things that others have.

    The entire experience was just as we'd wished

    Working with Doug at Personal Ceremonies of North Carolina made our ceremony feel truly ours. From our first conversation, he communicated with clarity and was genuinely interested in what mattered to us as a couple. He offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the planning process that helped shape a ceremony that reflected our relationship and values. On our wedding day, he was genuine and professional, delivering a thoughtful ceremony that was personal and meaningful.     Told Our Story Beautifully

    Working with Nikki at Personal Ceremonies, Inc. was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The entire process was seamless from the start. She handled every detail of the ceremony and marriage license process, which took so much stress off our shoulders. Even though we had only just met, Nikki created a ceremony that felt deeply personal and authentic. She captured our story beautifully, and the way she spoke with such warmth and sincerity made it feel as though she had known us for years. Her delivery was heartfelt, sentimental, and perfectly reflected who we are as a couple. So many of our guests commented on how meaningful and personal it felt. We couldn’t recommend Nikki and Personal Ceremonies, Inc. more highly.

    Rev. Holland was a fabulous officiant. Our church only allows ministers to perform weddings if they take place at the church, but we did not want to have a venue change from ceremony to reception. Therefore, we cared a lot about finding an officiant who was an ordained minister with experience working in the church. Rev. Holland was just the right fit! He was super helpful guiding us in putting the ceremony together, blending two Protestant denominations, while making the ceremony accessible for all of our guests, regardless of religious beliefs. He also made sure it had some "surprise" elements for us as we filled out a questionnaire beforehand, where we shared our story and the things we love most about each other for Rev. Holland to incorporate into the ceremony. We felt like we had known him so much longer than we truly had. It is so clear that he cares about the couples he weds. Everyone thought the ceremony was beautiful, and we got so many compliments on how lovely Rev. Holland was from the ceremony and folks who talked to him during the reception!

    The Absolute Best!!!

    We truly cannot recommend Rev Kevin Holland enough! From the very beginning, he was so thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, and we are so incredibly happy we chose to work with him for our wedding. Our ceremony was so personal, unique, and meaningful to us as a couple, and that was entirely because of the care and attention he put into getting to know us and sharing our story so beautifully. The blessings, kind words, and delivery throughout the ceremony were absolutely perfect and made the moment feel so special and genuine. We received countless compliments from our guests all night long (and even afterwards!) about how much they loved the ceremony and how heartfelt and authentic it felt. So many people told us it was one of the most personal and memorable ceremonies they had attended. Thank you again for helping make such an important part of our wedding day so meaningful. We are beyond grateful!

    Our experience with Personal Ceremonies, specifically Rev. Kevin and Rev. Doug, was nothing short of phenomenal. Our initial consultation started with Rev. Kevin, and we were very impressed with how thorough and professional he was in ensuring that their service was the right fit for us. Rev. Doug was our officiant, and he exceeded our expectations exponentially. Through their ceremony planning process, which included a personal questionnaire and a planning meeting, Rev. Doug created a beautiful ceremony that was thoughtful, personal, intentional, and meaningful to us and our family and friends. Not only was the ceremony beautifully written, but it was performed flawlessly on our wedding day. We received the most compliments on our ceremony and Rev. Doug than anything else on our wedding day, he was that amazing! Over two weeks later, I am still receiving compliments on how fantastic he was. My husband and I were very nervous trying to find an officiant, as it is such an important role on your wedding day, and we are so thankful to have received a recommendation to reach out to Personal Ceremonies and Rev. Doug. I cannot recommend them enough and truly wish I could give them more than a 5-star review because they absolutely deserve it. Thank you again Rev. Doug and Rev. Kevin!!
