Hey gorgeous! I’m Sam & I am so honored you’re considering me for your wedding day. For the past 10 years, I’ve made it my passion to make women feel like the most confident version of themselves. I own Wicked Hair & Beauty in Terryville, I travel all over CT (or wherever your destination may be!) to bring the salon experience to you. Whether I'm behind the chair doing blendy blondes, bold vivid transformations, or pinning the perfect bridal updo, I am all about the details. I’ve opened up my schedule to help even more brides shine, I’d love to be the one to hand you the mirror for that final reveal. Let’s make some magic happen!

I believe your wedding morning should be just as fun as the reception! I bring a laid-back, adaptable attitude to every wedding, ensuring the environment stays stress-free. I work quickly & efficiently to get you to your photos on time, and for larger groups, I bring along my amazing assistant stylists to keep things moving. PLEASE NOTE I SPECIALIZE EXCLUSIVELY IN HAIR. My current pricing is $125 per person. In salon trials are $125, we will go over details, contract & retainer at your trial. I recommend booking a trial after you've nailed down your dress to ensure the style flows with your gown. Flower girl & junior bridesmaids styling starts at $65.

Yes. Travel fee is determined by getting ready location. Parties smaller than 4 will have a higher travel fee.

I typically schedule about 45 minutes per person, but most of the time I'm able to work quicker.

Yes. Any party of more than 8 people or needing an early ready by time requires a second stylist. The fee for a second stylist is $200 on top of my per person price & travel fee.

Yes! I travel wherever you need me! Please note out of state weddings will require a hotel room for the night before booked & paid for by the bride.

I personally do not. I do hair only. But I work closely with a few trusted amazing makeup artists that are linked in my preferred vendors.

That's totally fine! As long as you have your dress nailed down we can discuss what would compliment it & work best with your hair, the weather & your vision.

I do not. Simply because every wedding party is different & there's no one size fits all. Instead I offer straight forward per person pricing. I do not charge more for brides vs bridal party, & intentionally keep my prices affordable. The only thing that differs is travel fee by location.

Rather than charging 50%, to stay affordable, I add up the brides wedding day hair & the travel fee for a non refundable deposit. That way the bride doesn't have to worry about payments on her day, she's got enough to worry about. The rest of the bridal party pays the day of.

Sam of Wicked Hair & Beauty did an incredible job styling hair for myself and my bridal party on the day of my wedding! I was very last minute when it came to finding a stylist, and she was like a Fairy God Mother responding to my cry for help on Facebook and offering her services! She and her assistant, Kayla, were so kind and funny, they fit right in and it seemed like we were all friends just hanging out while they worked their magic to make us all look and feel beautiful! I would hire Sam again in an instant, I wish I had more reasons to get this dressed up!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist for my Halloween wedding! She showed up dressed for the holiday, totally embracing the witchy vibe, and immediately made the morning feel fun and relaxed. She did a spectacular job on both my hair and my mom’s, and even helped me with my earrings when I couldn’t manage them with my nails — true lifesaver! She went above and beyond in every way and made me feel absolutely magical. I love that she was so flexible and happy to work with me, even though my “bridal party” was just me and my mom. I can’t recommend her enough!

Wicked Hair & Beauty (Hilary) was a pleasure to work with for my wedding day. Since I did not have a bridal party I was struggling to find a makeup artist and hair stylist (many salons would only book with a 4 person minimum). Hilary agreed to do my makeup and also offered to help me find a hair stylist. After reaching out to girls she has worked weddings with in the past she had a hair stylist that also agreed to take me on without a minimum. She did not need to go out of her way to help me like this, but she did and it helped me out greatly. Hilary was very quick to respond to any questions I had along the way, very friendly, well prepared and on time, and my makeup looked great all throughout the night. She made it a painless and stress free experience for my wedding day.
