Fairy Princess Vibes Delivered

SO. GOOD. I worked with Courtney and the team at Traveler Beauty Company for the hair and makeup for my wedding this past week and guys, I could NOT be more pleased with their work. It was beautiful. I received so many compliments (especially on my hair - Beckie, you CRUSHED it), and the whole team was so helpful and friendly and accommodating! The team arrived at our hotel room at 8 AM on the wedding morning to set up, and hair/makeup services began at 8:30. They made the whole process smooth and easy and fun. Everyone looked amazing, and the stylists were happy to cater to everyone's specific personal styles and tastes, so everyone ended up with a look they loved! Courtney, Beckie, and Niki worked so hard for all of us. We sort of asked for a lot (hey so I know I have fine hair but can you give me more volume everywhere and also add more braids and also I'm fully gonna dance til I drop so we should prob make sure to pin it extra so it doesn't fall out but also I'm gonna move the braid over my shoulder halfway through which changes the look so you gotta make the underside of the braid look pretty too oh and I don't like this piece of greenery there can you move it and and and-) but listen - these women gave me everything I asked for and MORE. I requested a big loose boho braid with little hair tendrils woven in and out, with a Dutch braid at the crown, and with little pieces of greenery pinned in all throughout my hair - and Beckie created a MASTERPIECE. Seriously, it was magical. I got so many "you look like a fairy princess!!" comments from my guests (which, thank youuuu). The style stayed in all night, surviving hours of dancing and jumping and spinning and moving my braid around - and it was COMFORTABLE! The whole time!! I don't know how that's possible, but it was!!! (Y'all, the amount of bobby pins I pulled outta my hair in my hotel room that night though... p sure I could build a house with those). The hair team was also happy to work with the fresh greenery hair combs I maid for the wedding party to wear, incorporating them into everyone's styles. Courtney did my makeup, and she did incredible as well. I don't often wear makeup, so I didn't really know what I wanted, or how to best communicate my thoughts on it - but she worked with me to ensure we were always on the same page and that I was happy with the result. And I was! I looked beautiful, if I do say so myself Courtney was also my contact throughout the planning process, and she was super responsive and easy to work with. She made the planning a breeze! She answered all my questions and came totally prepared for everything I asked for. She even went out of her way to try to help me with a last-minute jewelry mishap I had on the morning of my wedding, even though it wasn't at all a part of her job! Regardless of the issue, Courtney and her team were there to help, and they made the wedding morning stress-free and enjoyable. The whole team did such an excellent job with everything. I'm so happy we booked them, and I'd work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Courtney, Beckie, and Niki! You turned this bride into a Bride!
