The Henna Doctor

Hello! My name is Mayisha. I am an eye doctor by day, and a henna artist by night. I was born and raised in New York City and am currently living in Toronto. I consider both cities my home and love to work with clients wherever they may be located! I am super passionate about henna and love bringing my science background into it. I love teaching others about why henna is so special and works the way that it does. Every client I work with is precious to me, and my favorite part my job is watching a bride beam as she sees the magic unfold on her hands. It makes me feel so blessed and privileged to be a part of her special day!

- I work with all my clients to customize designs that represent and speak to who they are. - My consultation appointments are never rushed, and I am extremely flexible when it comes to design work, because at the end of the day I want you to feel comfortable with the story we create together on your skin. - I ONLY use all organic and natural henna that I make myself! All products used are natural, handmade, and free of harmful chemicals. - All my clients leave with their henna wrapped and protected. I spray their hands constantly with sealant spray (all natural and home made) and everyone leaves with my special organic vegan aftercare oil.
