    Mel is AMAZING!!

    Mel is amazing!! I can't recommend her enough. We first met her when she did my hair and makeup for our Christmas family photos in October 2025--which turned out to be my surprise engagement! After that experience, we immediately booked her for our intimate family wedding in March 2026 and again for our larger wedding reception in June 2026. When our wedding date arrived, so did the epic Kona storm. Mel flew to Maui on the day of the wedding, navigating flight delays and island-wide power outages. Despite the chaos, she remained calm, flexible, and positive, making all of us look and feel beautiful during an incredibly stressful and unpredictable day. Her steady presence helped bring a sense of normalcy and joy when everything else seemed uncertain. She is incredibly talented, professional, organized, and such a calming presence on what can be a very hectic day. My hair and makeup lasted beautifully through happy tears, hugs, dancing, and the wild wind and rain. Beyond her amazing work, she's genuinely kind and so easy to work with.
