Hello! My name is Shannon Cole and I am a professional makeup artist in the Pittsburgh area! In 2011, I began my journey at Sephora, where I became a certified makeup artist. Now nine years later, I work as a full-time freelance makeup artist. There is truly nothing in the world that makes me happier than helping others to feel beautiful and empowered with the amazing power of makeup.

I specialize in makeup services for weddings, photos (engagement, maternity, family, senior, headshots), special events of all kinds (birthdays, galas, parties, date night, prom, etc.), and lessons/classes.

Beyond words!
Shannon, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible experience you gave me on my wedding day this past Saturday. Going into the process, I was honestly nervous because I am very particular about my makeup and it was difficult for me to trust someone else with such an important part of the day. From our very first conversation, though, you put me completely at ease. You listened to every idea, every detail, and every little request I had, and somehow brought it all to life even better than I could have imagined. You made me feel like the most beautiful princess on my wedding day, and I will never forget that feeling. Looking back at the photos and memories from the day, I am so grateful that I chose you to be part of it. Not only did you make me feel beautiful, but you took such amazing care of all of the women in my life as well. Every member of the bridal party looked absolutely stunning, and that is a testament to your talent, professionalism, and attention to detail. Please also extend my heartfelt thanks to Bianca. The two of you made the entire morning seamless, calm, and stress-free, which was such a gift on a day that can feel overwhelming. I truly could not have selected a better vendor to trust with this process. Your kindness, talent, and dedication made such a lasting impact on me, and I am beyond grateful for everything you did. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t choose Shannon for your wedding makeup. She did my sister in laws in 2021 and I have had her on my list since. She made me and all of my friends/family look STUNNING! Not enough good words in the English language to explain Shannon Cole Makeup

Shannon is the best in the business.
Absolutely thrilled with the experience I had with Shannon Cole for my wedding and bridal party’s makeup. She was on-time, (7:30am start) incredibly talented and took so much time answering all of my niece’s makeup and skincare questions, they have never felt more special! Her professionalism and passion for her craft was evident on all of our faces, we looked amazing. Shannon was responsive through email and her pricing was true to her estimate. I was running out of time to do a trial, but based off of her Instagram I knew I didn’t even need one. Her signature look suits every bride and I have never felt prettier in my entire life. The makeup lasted all day and night, even through tears. I received countless compliments from friends and family and the pictures look amazing too. Not only is she beyond skilled, but her personality made the experience so enjoyable and relaxed. We honestly just had so much fun getting ready together. If you are lucky enough to find an open availability with Shannon, do not think twice and BOOK that now. She made my wedding day incredible, and I will be asking for a one on one makeup lesson for a Christmas present. Thank you, Shannon!!

Book Shannon!!
Shannon was one of the first vendors I knew for sure I wanted before I was even engaged and I’m so glad I was able to book her for my wedding! She was very communicative during the trial and the morning of the wedding ensuring I was getting exactly what I wanted. Shannon is so kind, funny, and professional. She had all my girls laughing and loving their makeup - most of them commented to me that they felt their makeup had never looked better! I couldn’t believe how well all of our makeup stayed on all night long! She does a great job of staying right on time with the timeline as well and worked great with Christy from Simply Captivating Hair. Don’t hesitate to book Shannon!!
