About Natasha Rae Artistry

Natasha Rae

Owner/Beauty Coordinator

We go above and beyond the call of duty with all of our clients. Natasha, and her team of specialists, strive to make your special occasion one that you have always envisioned. With over 10 years of experience in the bridal, fashion, and fitness industries, local and national publications, Natasha Rae Artistry is here to provide you with not only top notch artistry and talent, but above all, service. Taking pride in customizing and tailoring each beauty service to accentuate the unique features, personality, and vision of each client. Let us create for you and help your vision come to life!

Because we place integrity and service at the top of our priorities, we go the extra mile to ensure our work compliments the work of your photographer. A bride's hair, face, and dress are the most photographed, so we feel it's also our job to make sure you love those images! It's important to us that we research the editing/shooting style of your media vendor as they all have different styles, so we as beauty pros need to adapt to each style. A beauty look that works great with one photographer, may not with another, so we need to know how to adjust our techniques so that everything is cohesive, complimenting each other.

Yes, all Bridal Premium packages, whether booking a single service of hair OR makeup, or both, each package does include a trial run.
Unfortunately no, we do not offer partial services at a discounted rate. Polishing of the hair/curls is always done once any style or detail work has been completed to ensure longevity. So if we style only, but while styling the curls come loose and need to be retouched, doing so will mean we have now done a full style. It's best to style the hair from start to finish.
Technically, yes. However, it takes up more time and tacks on additional travel/set up fees, so I don't recommend it. To alleviate this, it is best we remain in one location, and try to adjust the timeline accordingly. The less travel you and your girls do on wedding day, the better!

    My Experience

I was really disappointed with my experience, especially because this was for my wedding day and I had invested a significant amount in these services. The morning of my wedding was on a very tight timeline, and after my makeup artist, Kellie, left before my bridal party’s services were fully completed, we realized the lipstick application that was included in our services had been missed. Because we could not delay the wedding timeline, the bridal party had to finish their own makeup. I reached out afterward hoping to resolve the issue and receive acknowledgment for the service that was not completed. It took a week to receive a response to my initial follow-up, and the issue was not resolved until about a month after my wedding. While I appreciate that the company apologized and offered a partial refund, I was disappointed by the response I received. Rather than simply acknowledging that a paid service was missed, the explanation focused on the busyness of the morning, including timeline issues and other circumstances, which felt like responsibility was being shifted back onto me and my wedding day. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially on busy wedding days. However, after investing a significant amount in these services for such an important day, I hoped to feel more valued and supported. The most disappointing part was not only the missed service, but also feeling like my concerns were not fully acknowledged during the resolution process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and the experience for future brides.
