    I paid Melissa O’Donnell Beauty a 500 deposit for my wedding hair and makeup. After my trial, she stopped responding to repeated messages and never confirmed details. With no clear communication, I was forced to book another artist just a month before my wedding. Despite multiple requests, she has not refunded my deposit. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — I would not recommend.

    Do not book this vendor. Melissa has awful communication, does not care in the slightest about her clients and is an inconsiderate human. I attempted to contact Melissa various times and received answers every 7x reach outs. This review is to help any future bride not experience the horrendous customer service that i went through. Do not book her & take your money elsewhere.

    I have known of Melissa for many years. She is well known in the local wedding industry for her services. She recently did my makeup, my sisters, and her best friend’s makeup, for my sister’s wedding. I genuinely can’t speak highly enough about her makeup skills and application. I had never felt more confident and beautiful and it lasted well past the end of reception. It still looked amazing when I arrived to my room at close to 1am. I would recommend her and utilize her services again. I’ll include photos so you can see her gorgeous work!

    Melissa O'Donnell is an absolute dream to work with! Melissa’s communication style is incredibly responsive. Melissa made me look and feel like a literal Queen on my wedding weekend and wedding shower. She is incredible and I wish I could have her do my hair and makeup for every special event- which is have for many after my wedding because I can’t get enough. The four times I've had Melissa work with me are the three times I've felt the most beautiful in my life. She is also one of the most genuine people I have ever met - she makes you feel so comfortable in her chair and you leave feeling like the most beautiful woman in the world. Thank you, Melissa!
