Yes I do. I don't require a contract to do a bridal trial. I usually have promotions for bridal trials. I have a winter bridal trial promo for hair and makeup.

I specialize in bridal hair and makeup, including soft glam and natural looks. My services include bridal hair styling, makeup application, and touch-up services. I also offer services for bridal parties and special occasions. I specialize in Hollywood soft glam waves and chic buns.

Yes! I highly recommend a trial to ensure you’re happy with your look before the big day. Trials give us the opportunity to perfect your desired style and discuss any adjustments.

It’s best to book as soon as possible to secure your date, especially during the busy wedding season. Ideally, 6-12 months in advance is recommended.

Yes, I provide on-location services in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

For the bride, hair and makeup typically take about 2–3 hours. For bridesmaids and others, it usually takes about 1–1.5 hours each.

I use high-quality, professional-grade products to ensure long-lasting results. I cater to different skin types and preferences, and I’m happy to discuss product choices during the trial.

Yes, I offer touch-up services and can stay for an additional fee to ensure your hair and makeup stay flawless throughout the day

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding.

Joy was an absolute dream to work with. She brought out a radiance in me that I hadn't recognized in quite some time. I felt truly beautiful after her services. She perfectly executed my vision and turned me into my dream version of myself. She is also a wonderfully warm human being. Earlier in my wedding year, my father's health declined and she worked with me to try to provide services for an elopement while he was still with us. While that unfortunately didn't come to fruition due to his early passing, she was gracious enough to apply payments for those services to my September wedding and shared some wonderfully tender and kind moments with me and my mother during both my trial and wedding day. Both her heart and talent truly set her apart. She was also very flexible when discovering late in the planning process that we wouldn't have access to the venue as early as expected and worked with me on a solution to ensure everyone got their hair and makeup done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Joy to anyone looking for hair and makeup services for their wedding in the future. (My mom also wants me to include that she does a good job on mature skin as well.)

Makeup & Hair by Joy was a dream to work with for my wedding day. From the moment I reached out, Joy and her lead artist Alba were professional, prompt, and incredibly kind.
