Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. This was never my intention, and I take feedback seriously. I’d like to clarify a few things from your review for the sake of transparency to future clients: • Timing Estimate: You asked for a timing estimate for 8 people without specific styles shared ahead of time. I did give an approximate schedule based on my experience, but without knowing everyone’s desired look, it’s difficult to be exact. I still arrived on time and stayed longer than planned to ensure everyone was taken care of. • Hair Products: I did use hairspray, and I brought a full kit with all professional products suitable for outdoor conditions, I’m sorry I didn’t explain every product I put in your hair. You were distracted doing other things, and I know how busy a brides day is so I didn’t want to take your attention away from other things. • Styling: I apologize if your bun felt off-center. When you expressed concern, I adjusted it immediately. There was absolutely no ripping. I take pride in listening and correcting anything a client isn’t 100% happy with. I would never rip hair, I simply adjusted bobby-pins and safely fixed it. • My Husband’s Presence: My husband was there solely to drive me, as I was temporarily unable to drive due to a medication I was on, that I didn’t know I would be on until a day before. It was not a getaway or vacation—we made the trip JUST for your wedding because I was committed to being there for you. He wasn’t even at the venue but, at the end of the day, I did mention him in passing, saying I didn’t have phone service and hoped he was back with the car. • Forgotten Items: I did forget my phone stand and camera in the bridal suite, which I came back for and apologized for at the time. I did not leave any cash behind, nor did I ever take time away from your services for personal use. Lastly, but most importantly - you and your bridal party gave me positive feedback the day of, which I took as a sign that everyone was happy. I’m saddened to hear that wasn’t the case. I can’t change what I don’t know and I didn’t know you weren’t satisfied based on your response of the styles and what you and your party wanted changed, I changed immediately. And asked before leaving, if there were any touch ups or changes anyone needed. I do wish you all the best in your marriage and future, and again, I’m sorry your expectations weren’t met. To my future clients reading this: I have worked with a lot of brides and bridal parties, and this is not a reflection of my standard.
