    I was very disappointed with the communication and lack of responsiveness from Enchanting Bride Hair & Makeup. They were extremely difficult to get in touch with, and never even tried to email or speak with me about my wedding day services. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they simply closed my inquiry without any follow up. This made planning my wedding hair and makeup extremely stressful, as I was unable to get any information about their services, availability, or pricing. Based on this poor customer service experience, I would not recommend Enchanting Bride Hair & Makeup to other couples. It's a shame, as I was hoping they could contribute positively to our special day, but their lack of communication made that impossible. They only allow phone calls m-f during my office hours and were never willing to email or provide a website.
