RS Florals was founded by me, Rachel — a Minnesota native with a lifelong love for creating meaningful, beautiful things. After studying retail merchandising and communication at the University of Minnesota and working in fashion in New York and Chicago, I felt drawn back home and back to hands-on creativity. Floral design allows me to combine artistry, storytelling, and connection. I’m passionate about creating timeless florals that feel personal, photograph beautifully, and are paired with a thoughtful, stress-free experience for every couple.

RS Florals is built on the belief that beautiful florals should feel intentional, timeless, and easy. Every design is thoughtfully customized to reflect each couple’s style, story, and vision—never cookie-cutter or rushed. I take a hands-on, personal approach, working closely with couples from our first conversation through wedding day, so nothing feels overwhelming or unclear. With transparent pricing, clear communication, and a calm, organized process, couples can trust that their florals will not only look stunning but will also photograph beautifully and feel just as meaningful years from now.

Description

This includes an initial meeting, proposal & floral design. *No set up or day of service included We offer drop off within a 50 mile radius of zip code 55044. If outside of this radius, we charge $0.90/mile. $1,500 product minimum.

Floral Breakdown

Description

This is an add-on package to have your flowers broken down & discarded at the end of the night. $200-$500 depending on size of wedding

    10/10 experience. RS Florals really cares

    Working with RS Florals for our wedding was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Rachel was incredibly thorough, responsive, and reliable throughout the entire planning process. The communication was top-notch, and she really took the time to understand our vision and preferences. The quality of work was exceptional and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. You can tell that Rachel is so passionate about her business and she went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. As a new business, RS Florals may not have the same name recognition as some other florists, but don't let that fool you. Rachel is a true professional who is dedicated to her craft. I would highly recommend RS Florals to any couple planning their wedding. Weddings can be stressful, but Rachel and her team took any stress around the florals completely off our hands.

    Absolutely gorgeous wedding arrangements!

    RS Florals provided exceptional service for our wedding. Their communication was accurate, timely, and professional throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was exquisite - the floral arrangements were truly breathtaking, as if they came straight out of a wedding magazine. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from the ceremony arrangements to the stunning reception decor. Nothing was missed, and they helped make our wedding look like a million-dollar event. We cannot recommend RS Florals highly enough for any couple looking for a florist that will bring their wedding vision to life with perfection.


We offer two floral service options for weddings. Our full-service wedding package requires a $1,500 floral minimum, plus a $500 full-service design and execution fee. Full-service florals include day-of setup, installation, on-site support, and breakdown as needed. For couples who prefer a simpler approach, we also offer à la carte florals with a $1,500 minimum. À la carte orders are prepared for pickup or drop-off at the venue and do not include setup or on-site support. No additional service fee applies to à la carte orders.
Delivery and on-site setup are available within a 50-mile radius of the Twin Cities. Events outside of this area are subject to a $0.90 per mile round-trip travel fee. We are more than happy to accommodate locations beyond the 50-mile range with prior planning to ensure seamless execution.
Yes! After the contract is signed, we are happy to provide a mockup (typically a table centerpiece) for $100. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.
Consultations last approximately one hour, and may extend up to two hours for larger weddings. Please come prepared with your wedding details, including budget, style preferences, and floral inspiration. Inspiration may include venue photos, attire images, fabric swatches, color palettes, and social media references. Following your consultation, a custom proposal with pricing will be emailed for your consideration.
How far in advance should we book with you? We recommend booking 6–8 months prior to your event date to ensure availability and allow ample time for thoughtful floral planning. Limited availability may be possible for shorter timelines, but we are happy to work with you!
Yes, we offer breakdown services at an additional charge as this requires me to be on site much longer. Fee ranges from $200-$500 depending on location and size of wedding.
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost, such as candles, hurricane vases, bud vases, and pillars. Reach out for more info.
