Gathered Garden focuses on collaborative custom design. We take time to understand your venue, aesthetic, season, and values, then tailor the floral experience around that. We work especially well with couples who care about cohesive storytelling through color, texture, and mood. Rather than stacking weddings back-to-back, Gathered Garden Floral limits the number of events they take on each weekend. This means: more attention to detail, more thoughtful installation timelines, and more on-site support.

    Amazing!

    I can’t say enough good things. She had such an amazing eye for detail and helped me so much during the design process. I really had no idea what flowers I wanted and I let her have a lot of freedom and I’m so happy I did. Everything turned out beautiful!

    Spectacular!

    Gathered Garden Floral Design was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, clear, and detailed, and they were always so kind. Their creativity and attention to detail were evident in the beautiful, original floral designs they created for my son's special day. The bride's parents grow Dahlias and they wanted them incorporated into the bouquets and centerpieces. Tracy did a beautiful job thinking outside the box and brought a unique and beautiful vision to life. They arrived early to set up and stayed late to ensure everything was perfect, going above and beyond to make our wedding day truly special.

    I got married on 9/27/24! My bridal bouquet was seriously to die for, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! So many comments saying how gorgeous it was! Tracy was so kind and wonderful to work with! I had a vision to use pieces of fabric from my grandmas & moms wedding dress to have wrapped around my bouquet. Tracy arrived early to put my vision to work and it was so very special to have while I walked down the aisle! Highly highly recommend!!

Yes, we have a $500 minimum for wedding floral orders. Most of our couples spend around $2,500, depending on the size of the wedding and their floral vision. We’re happy to work with a range of budgets and will always help you get the most beauty and impact from your investment.
Our consultations take place via Zoom and usually last about an hour (up to two for larger weddings). To make the most of our time, please bring your budget, style, and any inspiration—like photos of your venue, attire, color palette, or Pinterest boards. You’re welcome to email these details ahead of time so we can dive right into the fun stuff. After the consultation, we’ll send a custom proposal with pricing straight to your inbox.
Yes! We offer full-service floral support including delivery, setup, flower transfer from ceremony to reception, and post-event breakdown. A service fee applies, and we’re happy to include it in your proposal so you can enjoy every moment of your day!
It’s never too early to reach out, but we recommend having a few key details in place first—like your venue, wedding party, guest count, and attire colors. Most couples contact us about 6 to 8 months before their big day. Once we receive your deposit, your date is officially secured!
