Hello! Everblooms is a family business ran by husband and wife team. My love for decor started when I was a young child and my love for flowers started a about 5-6 years ago when volunteering for floral work at my church. Seeing how flowers can change the event's total essence or a person's total mindset, is a precious thing. I love creating beautiful pieces to help accomplish a client's vision and dreams

At Everblooms, We strive to create the most beautiful elegant pieces for the budget bride. My team will handle the delivery, set up, and tear down after your wedding to help make your wedding day as easy and seamless as possible.

We offer free rental delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 20 mile radius of New Palestine IN. After 20 miles, there is a $1 per mile charge up to 50 miles. For further distances, please reach out. Custom minimums for fresh floral delivery, set up, and pickups may apply.
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals. We offer floral walls, wooden wedding arches, silk aisle flowers, silk floral pillars, event bar carts/blooms bar, metal wedding arches and more!
We have a $1,500 minimum for custom floral pieces. We also offer a complete wedding package starting at $495 with pre-selected flower types and quantities.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
Yes, for rentals we offer breakdown after event along with free qualifying delivery and set up. For custom fresh floral pieces, we currently do not offer breakdown
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 12 months before their big day.
For our silk floral rentals, we strive to have high quality photos and videos so our clients can see exactly what our products look like. Our rentals are all pre-assembled so our photos are exact replicas of what our rentals will look like at your wedding without any customization. For fresh floral mockups, please reach out.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
The benefit of silk floral rentals is firstly the cost. Our high end silk pillars, aisle arrangements, and other rentals help you to have the wedding of your dreams without breaking the budget. Secondly, it eliminates the horrible fact that hundreds of flowers will be tossed out after the wedding night. We help eliminate waste by reusing flowers. And lastly, there will be no worry of wilting drooping flowers outside in the elements or without a water source for hours and hours. Our florals will look perfect from first photo to the end of the evening.
Yes! Our silk floral pillars can have silk or fresh florals added in order to add other colors. Florals will be added by the Everblooms' team. Charges may apply based on how many colors and whether silk or fresh is used.
