Velvet & Vine Events Rental was born from a simple belief — that every celebration deserves to be beautiful, no matter the size or budget. We are a husband and wife team based right here in Woodlyn, Pennsylvania, serving our Delaware County community with elegant cross-back chairs, tables, and linens for weddings, graduation parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and backyard celebrations. We are proud to serve the communities of Delaware County,Chester County, Philadelphia, and South Jersey — and we are grateful for every family that trusts us to be part of their celebration.

What started as a passion for creating beautiful spaces has grown into a rental business we are truly proud of. We personally handle every delivery, every setup, and every pickup — because when you book with Velvet & Vine, you're not just hiring a vendor.     Cross back chairs/tables/linen for our wedding

    Velvet and Vine Events Rental made our wedding day so much easier by handling all of our rentals with seamless service.     Chairs and Round tables for my shower

We offer cross-back chairs, white resin chairs, 60" round tables, 8ft rectangular tables, cocktail tables and white and ivory linens — everything you need for a beautiful wedding setup.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season. A 30% deposit holds your date.
Delivery fees start at $125 and are based on distance. Pickup from our Woodlyn PA location is always free with no minimum order.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Yes! Our packages start at $350. We also build custom quotes based on your specific needs — just reach out and we'll put something together for you!
All deposits are non-refundable. We understand things happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Yes — delivery includes setup and breakdown at your venue. Pickup orders are self-managed by the client.
All rentals are for a single day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returns are due the next day by 5:00 PM.
