Integrated Hearts Therapy Center is a small private practice based in Mason, Ohio, offering individual and couples counseling to help you find harmony within yourself and your relationships. We are a team of affirming, highly trained clinicians and life-long learners, focused on building connection and providing equitable care for our clients. We offer therapy in-person at our Mason location and online therapy for clients located throughout Ohio.

We provide premarital counseling as either ongoing weekly therapy or as an intensive. Intensive premarital counseling would provide all the skills needed to start your marriage off healthy and strong in a condensed format, generally in one to three days.

Description

Premarital intensives offer couples the opportunity to intentionally invest in their relationship before marriage without the constraints of weekly sessions. In a focused, extended format, couples explore communication patterns, conflict styles, emotional intimacy, expectations around finances, family, and values, and how to navigate stress as a team.
