Hole in Fun Rentals brings portable mini golf to your next event across Central Washington. We deliver, set up, and tear down custom 3, 6, and 9-hole courses for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private parties in Yakima, Ellensburg, the Tri-Cities, and everywhere in between. Our mobile mini golf rental includes putters, balls, scorecards, and flagsticks, with optional add-ons like custom printed balls, personalized scorecards, and an on-site attendant. Our wedding package includes custom themed obstacles, personalized signage, and an owner who runs the course for you. Locally owned party equipment rental company that provides fun for all ages. Most wedding extras keep guests sitting and watching. Mini golf gets them up, laughing, and mingling, from the kids to the grandparents. Other mobile mini golf in the area brings 6 holes for 2 to 3 hours. We bring the full 9-hole course for 6 hours, so it lasts from cocktail hour through the dancing. Every hole is designed and built by hand, and we personalize the course with themed obstacles, your initials, and custom signage, so it feels like part of your day instead of a rental. An attendant runs the course the whole time, so you and your planner never have to think about it.

    I was the maid of honor at my best friend's wedding in Yakima, and the mini golf course from Hole in Fun Rentals was a huge hit! It gave guests something fun to do during downtimes. The custom obstacles and signage were a nice touch. If you're planning a wedding or event in the Yakima area, I'd definitely recommend them!

Each hole is 2 feet wide and 8 feet long, and we recommend about 3 feet of open space around each one. Most backyards fit a 3 or 6 hole course, and the full 9 holes fit well in a larger yard, park, or event space. The full 9-hole course needs about 20 x 40 feet. The layout is flexible, so we can arrange the holes to fit long, narrow, or odd-shaped spaces.
Both. We just need a flat, level surface and a clear path from where we park to where we set up. If rain is in the forecast, you'll need a tent or an indoor space to keep the course covered.
Choose 4, 6, or 8 hours when you book. For longer events or multi-day rentals, contact us for a custom quote.
You can add an attendant to run the course for you, and an attendant is included with the Fore-Ever Wedding Package. Otherwise, we set up, show you how everything works, and come back when your rental ends.
Cancel 7 or more days before your event for a 50% refund of the rental fee. Add cancellation insurance at booking to get a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before your event. Full details are in our Rental Agreement.

Most couples open it for cocktail hour and keep it going through the reception. We'll help you pick the timing that fits your schedule.
Yes. We coordinate arrival, setup location, and teardown with your venue or planner. If your event ends late, we can pick up the next morning where the venue allows it.
Yes. Extra time is $100 per hour. Contact us and we'll add it to your booking.
As early as you can. We recommend at least 4 weeks so there's time to prepare your custom touches.
