Smooth and seamless transportation from Phoenix to Sedona with Exec Rides. Our driver, Lyness, was friendly, personable, and got us to our destination safely! I cannot speak highly enough of Executive Rides Arizona and the exceptional care they provided throughout my Sedona trip. When I discovered less than twenty-four hours before my scheduled pickup that I had booked the wrong date, I called early in the morning forgetting the time difference and waking the owner and Louisa. They responded immediately, rescheduled my pickup for the following day, and refused any penalty despite my offer to compensate them. That level of service set the tone for everything that followed. My driver, Guillermo, picked me up at Phoenix Sky Harbor and drove me two hours to Mii Amo Resort in Sedona, then again on Sunday for the return trip to the airport. Over those four hours together, he was nothing short of professional, personable, and genuinely kind. Our conversations made the drive feel effortless, and I felt cared for and protected throughout. Guillermo showed up in a suit on Sunday despite my telling him casual dress was perfectly fine. His pride in his work was unmistakable. The vehicle itself was impeccable. But what I'll remember most is the reliability and grace of this team. When you're traveling alone to an unfamiliar place, that matters deeply.
