Embracing Events started with a mom, Zenaida Santiago, who lived for throwing epic parties. From birthday bashes to holiday get togethers, she found pure joy in bringing people together and making every moment feel magical. What started as a passion turned into a family run business—now based in Clermont, FL and proudly serving all of Central Florida. We offer modern, open-air photo booths that bring the glam, the fun, and the memories. With pro lighting, custom backdrops, instant digital sharing, and friendly on site support, this photo booth is here to take your event to the next level.

My passion for creating memorable experiences truly sets me apart. I don't just provide a photo booth—I help create moments that guests will remember long after the event is over. From weddings and corporate events to birthdays and celebrations, I take pride in delivering exceptional service, high-quality photos, and a fun, engaging experience.     From the moment my husband and I found embracing events to our actual wedding day, Zenaida was amazing throughout the entire process! She stayed in constant contact, was there if I had any questions, was prompt to get back to me on anything I needed, and just made the overall process easy. Everyone was so impressed by the photobooth and we got so much praise from our guests for having it!Would for sure use again!

Yes. We offer both digital-only and print packages. Print options can be customized based on the size and needs of your event.
Absolutely! You'll receive access to a complete online gallery of all event photos, typically within 24 hours after your event. Need them sooner? We also offer a USB add-on. With this option, we'll provide all event photos on a USB drive at the end of the event, so you can enjoy and share your memories right away.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Popular dates can fill months in advance.
We provide photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, galas, school events, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, reunions, holiday parties, nonprofit events, and more.
Yes, Embracing Events is fully insured.
Most weddings, parties, and social events are best with a 3- to 4-hour photo booth rental. For corporate events, fundraisers, school functions, and larger gatherings, the recommended rental time depends on your guest count and event schedule. Not sure how much time you need? We're happy to help you choose the best option for your event.
We typically require a 10' x 10' x 10' covered area and access to a standard power outlet within 100 feet. If props are not included, we can often fit into an 8' x 8' space
