Yes! A friendly member of our Carolina Booths Co. team will be on-site the entire time your booth is rented. We'll handle setup, take care of everything during the event, and manage breakdown so you can relax and enjoy the party.
Yes! You can instantly email or text the photos straight from the booth to your phone — and share them on social media right away.
We need a flat, level space that is at least 10 ft x 10 ft, access to one standard power outlet, and clear access for our team. Please note that our backdrop stands are 8 feet tall.
The booth is set up one hour before your scheduled run time, and this is included in your package. For example, if you book a 3-hour package, you get 1 hour of setup + 3 hours of actual run time.
Yes, definitely! We recommend choosing a non-reflective surface if possible. It's also a great idea to chat with your stylist or event planner about the best flooring options.
Yes! The booth is designed to look sleek and attractive even when it's not in use, so it stays photo-ready all day or night. Just a heads-up — we do charge a $50 per hour idle fee if the booth sits unused for extended periods.
Yes, we will! Each event is provided a large, general assortment of props. Those props can be “classic, funny hats; or we can also bring some seasonal props for holiday-related events, too!
Need more time? No problem! You can add extra hours before your event or even extend the fun during the event. Tip: Booking extra time in advance ensures availability and will cost less!
Absolutely! We offer unlimited prints during your reserved time. So if there are multiple people in a photo session, we’re happy to print a copy for everyone! We’re all about making sure your guests leave with great memories - no one gets left out!
