    I had such a wonderful time at the fragrance bar! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and so much fun. I learned so much about fragrance notes and how different scents work together to create a unique blend. The hands-on experience of creating my own signature fragrance was definitely the highlight. The Sharma was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. I left not only with a beautiful custom fragrance but also with a greater appreciation for the art of perfume making. Aroma Journey brings a fully styled luxury fragrance bar to your event. Every guest is guided through selecting their favorite scent notes — top, middle, and base — and we blend a completely personal 15ml parfum bottle just for them. Each guest leaves with their own custom signature scent as a keepsake from your special day.
We have served up to 140 guests at a single event. Our packages are designed for groups of 6 to 200 guests.
Most bridal events run 90 minutes to 2 hours. We work within your event timeline and can adjust based on guest count and flow. We always arrive 30 minutes early to set up so everything is ready before your first guest arrives.
Every guest receives a personal 15ml glass spray bottle filled with the custom signature scent they created. Bottles can be custom labeled with your name and wedding date or engraved for an extra special keepsake. They are individually packaged and ready to take home.
Yes — we are based in Austin TX and serve the greater Central Texas area including Round Rock, Georgetown, San Marcos, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas. We are also available nationally for destination weddings and events. Travel fees apply outside Austin city limits starting at $65
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance for bridal showers and 8 to 12 weeks for wedding receptions to ensure your date is available and custom bottles are prepared.
Our bar is fully styled in gold/silver, crystal, and candlelight — completely Instagram-worthy and beautiful in photos. We handle all setup and breakdown. You do not need to provide any tables, linens, or decor — we bring everything.
