Executive Chef

At Salt and Provision, we believe in making every moment in life special and full of joy! We express our passion and love of what we do through each creation with impeccable attention to detail. We have no set menus and personally make every event tailored to you and yours.

Our executive chef graduated from culinary school with honors, has been catering and working in the restaurant industry for 13 years. Her combined experience from working in various restaurants, cooking a variety of cuisines, and catering all types of events makes each event special and personal.

Sample catered weddings

We were inspired by Valdene and Norman’s cultural background and wanted to represent the home they grew up in. We went with classic Caribbean staples and added in a few southern favorites of theirs as well.

    Our Guests Are Still Talking About the Food!

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Kasie and Salt & Provision! She catered our wedding and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was INCREDIBLE!!! Everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests kept talking about how good it was! Most couples don’t have time to eat and Kasie made sure to save us appetizers and bring our plates directly to us. How amazing is that?!? But what made Kasie so special was how much care she put into everything. She created a menu that felt perfect for our wedding, made the entire buffet look absolutely gorgeous, and somehow made feeding a whole wedding feel effortless. From the appetizers and beautiful fresh fruit display to the salad, chicken, steak, vegetables and rice, everything looked just as amazing as it tasted. Planning a wedding has a million moving pieces, and having someone you can trust completely is priceless. Kasie showed up, handled everything, and allowed us to actually enjoy our reception instead of worrying about the food. She truly went above and beyond for us. I’m so grateful we chose Salt & Provision for such an important day. Kasie, THANK YOU for pouring so much love and work into our wedding and for helping make it so special.

Party Plus Rentals
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 3 months in advance.
We serve the Inland Empire, Orange County, Palm Springs, Riverside county, Temecula, Rancho Cucamonga, and surrounding areas.
