Executive Chef

At Salt and Provision, we believe in making every moment in life special and full of joy! We express our passion and love of what we do through each creation with impeccable attention to detail. We have no set menus and personally make every event tailored to you and yours.

Our executive chef graduated from culinary school with honors, has been catering and working in the restaurant industry for 13 years. Her combined experience from working in various restaurants, cooking a variety of cuisines, and catering all types of events makes each event special and personal.

Sample catered weddings

We were inspired by Valdene and Norman’s cultural background and wanted to represent the home they grew up in. We went with classic Caribbean staples and added in a few southern favorites of theirs as well.

    Salt & Provision was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first interaction, they were friendly, honest, and reliable, with a quick response time to any questions we had. Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 3 months in advance.
We serve the Inland Empire, Orange County, Palm Springs, Riverside county, Temecula, Rancho Cucamonga, and surrounding areas.
