We are a locally owned, generational family business of UGA graduates! We proudly serve some of the best barbecue and brisket around! We specialize in southern cooking but our chef is always ready to create and accommodate!

Our high end butcher shop elevates your catering experience. We have an exclusive with Braveheart Beef and you can taste the difference! Our chef brings his knowledge from the shores of California to the heartland in Kansas City where he honed his pit-master skills.

    They Made Our Event So Special!

Yes, depending on number of people, dishes and driving distance.
We serve the greater Athens area, including outlying counties such as Jackson, Barrow, Madison, Hall, Oconee, Walton and others. Please inquire within.
We can offer recommendations with any needed rentals.
We absolutely can accommodate dietary restrictions and are happy to do so.
Roughly one month out should be sufficient as we are more of a drop off catering vs. full service.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We do not offer this service at this time.
