Based out of Hudson Valley New York Promises Kept Events is a mobile catering service that offers a private dining experience to weddings and special events. This team of talented professionals is led by Executive Chef Brandon Grimila. They work with a focus on developing seasonal menus, creating delectable dishes from locally sourced ingredients.

Promises Kept Events offers a choice of dining styles to suit the needs and vision of any engaged couple. They can offer a family-style option, which includes a seated meal, served after passed hors d'oeuvres. Cocktail-style dining is also available, with ten different canape options for you to enjoy. With delicious options including zucchini fritters, tuna crudo, even a raw bar option!

    We committed to Promises Kept as our caterer for our wedding before ever trying their food. And boy are we glad we did. Brandon, Fernando, Anna and the rest of the PK team did an absolutely outstanding job. From the get go, they were so professional, kind and accommodating. We are big foodies and were really wanting the food at our wedding to reflect our taste and for our friends and family to feel like they were at the best dinner party ever. We had a hard time narrowing down our menu from their extensive list of options as every dish sounded better than the last. Our jaws dropped when we had our tasting as the dishes were as amazing as they sounded. We have had so many of our guests tell us how incredible the food was at our wedding and how special it felt. We couldn't agree more. If you are looking for unique flavors, incredible dishes and utmost professionalism for a private dining experience whether it be a wedding or other type of event, look no further than Promises Kept.

    Promises Kept was an incredible caterer for our wedding. The food they put out was creative and delicious and our guests were constantly remarking about how spectacular it was. We had a pescatarian event and they accommodated the restrictions really wonderfully. We were so thankful to get to work with them, and they really thought of all the details and meaningfully contributed to the day going smoothly (from coordinating wine and water service, to making sure everything was set up in advance). I would hire PKE again in an instant and can’t recommend them enough for your wedding!
