    Pat's Pizza & Bistro Bethlehem was a great choice for our wedding celebration. From the starting conversations, to the tasting, and up until the actual day of the event, communication throughout the planning process was prompt, and enjoyable. The quality of their work and the value was truly great. The food was delicious and our family and guests talked about it for weeks on end. Wedding food is not always the best, especially buffet food, and anyone we spoke to said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. The staff had great attitudes and were very helpful day of, and Yanni made the entire catering process an enjoyable one. While they were a bit on the pricier side, Yanni worked with us on certain things to offset some costs and in the end, it all worked out. My only downside was that I did feel from the starting quote, that the order was more than what we needed as it was a buffet and not everyone eats everything. We adjusted it down a little but we still had an abundance of food left over. They did pack it all up for us and we were able to send left overs to quite a few family members, but still, it was a lot to have left over. Regardless of that, we were not at all disappointed with the service and quality we received on our special day was fantastic. Yanni is truly exceptional to work with and we consider him a friend now! Highly recommend Pats! We can't wait to stop into the restaurant in the future!

    Pats Pizza & Bistro Bethlehem was an excellent choice for our wedding catering. Their communication throughout the planning process was quick, understanding, easy, and clear. The quality of their work and value was outstanding - the food was delicious, and having a pizza truck at our wedding was a unique touch that our guests loved. The owner ensured we had a stress-free day and that no one left hungry. He was even able to accommodate my husband's family, who are primarily plant-based, by offering special food options not on the regular catering menu to ensure everyone had an amazing meal. Pats Pizza & Bistro went above and beyond to make our special day a success.

    We wanted to say a huuuuge thank you to Pat's for everything the team did on our wedding day! We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, exactly what we had envisioned and perfect for our reception theme. We had tons of compliments during and after the reception. Everyone loved it. Same with the pizza truck. We are very glad we decided to add that on. It was a very fun experience for us to make our first pizza together as a married couple, and for everyone to share in some of that fun and have some late night food alongside the dancing and late night hangs. We were beyond impressed with all the work and help from the Pat's team. It was also so nice having a catering team we trusted and didn't need to worry about anything, and we were proud to have serving our guests. They took care of everything, even the things behind the scenes that we wouldn't have even noticed. They really take pride in what they do. So for anyone looking for a catering company with top tier food, that takes pride in their work, enjoy what they do, put passion into their food, and truly care about your reception experience, we would absolutely recommend Pat's to anyone getting married in the future in the area. They were very easy and fun to work with, we loved having the Yannis (owner) personality at the reception! He is a great guy, great owner, and its obvious he loves what he does. He's not just there to serve food, he's there to help make your reception a celebration. Again, big thank you to Pat's for making our special day go above and beyond our expectations.
