    Would use over again

    Mixing Bowl on the Go was a fantastic choice for our wedding catering. From the start, Stephanie was incredibly attentive and asked lots of questions to ensure she understood our vision and preferences. Her communication style put us at ease and made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. The quality of their work was amazing - Becke's decorations were beautiful and Stephanie's cooking was clearly made with love. They truly helped make our day memorable, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Mixing Bowl on the Go to any couple planning their wedding.

    Annual Business Christmas Breakfast...

    Stephanie with the Mixing Bowl is an amazing person, and the staff was fun and professional. The food is so delicious! She takes the extra steps to ensure that everything is ready to set up and get started promptly. The Mixing Bowl crosses all the T's and dots all the I's, they make it a celebration!

    Easy to work with and great food

    Stephanie is a joy to work with and the food is delicious! For our nonprofit, we've had Stephanie cater dinners for our clients and breakfast for a large scale networking event with the KC Chamber. Mixing Bowl on the Go never disappoints and no one leaves hungry!!

    Best Catering in Kansas City!

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance.

Yes, our event minimum is $750.00 for all weddings.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
