Our family owned and operated catering business started about 30 years ago. Around the time I was born.. that's right, we are the father + daughter catering duo of Kansas City! We've been catering all types of events such as weddings, corporate events, food truck events, fundraisers, and more. When it comes to your event, we will not miss any details because catering is our specialty! Our mouth-watering food and friendly staff makes a lasting impression to any event. If you choose Taylor Made Catering, you’re choosing a family that truly cares!

Each one of our dishes is prepared at our shop location in Lenexa, KS with precision and care. All of our recipes we have been using for 30+ years. We are family owned and operated, so you know you will be taken care of at every event!

    Taylor Made Catering provided exceptional service for our wedding reception. Their communication throughout the planning process was quick and effective, ensuring we felt informed and prepared. The quality of their work and value was amazing - they were incredibly helpful, and the food they served was absolutely delicious. Breakfast for dinner was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the catering, and we were thrilled with the level of service Taylor Made provided to make our special day a success. I cannot recommend them enough.

    Amazing quality and customer service

    When my husband and I were looking for catering, we had narrowed it down to a couple of Kansas City caterers. After our tasting, meeting with Woody, and talking with Kirstan, we decided Taylor Made Catering was the best option for us! Their attention to detail, fast and friendly responses, and yummy food made our decision that much easier. We couldn’t have picked a better caterer for our special day, and we hope to use them again soon at our family events!

    Taylor Made was super easy to work with for our wedding! They made the planning process very easy, had a good variety of options, and the food was delicious. The service was also great, we had a very polite server make plates for us and check on us throughout dinner. He even understood that most couples are a little overwhelmed on their wedding day and may not eat much, so he made us to-go plates to have later that night which was a very thoughtful touch. We would highly recommend them!

    Taylor Made Catering did an excellent job catering my wedding of 150+ people! We had previously done a tasting to select our menu, and even then, the food and service was excellent! The food was delicious and we're so happy with how everything turned out!

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest to pickup at our shop location in Lenexa, KS.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10-12 months in advance.
We serve Kansas City, Topeka, Missouri, Lawrence, and more!
We are full service. We will talk with you about available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
Yes! Depending on what the dietary restrictions are. We can accommodate gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
