We started our mobile charcuterie cart to provide a more personalized charcuterie experience to you and your guests. Also more sanitary than a large grazing table! We have an amazing menu with fresh, local and seasonal options!

We are Portland's first mobile charcuterie cart! We aim to provide you with a unique charcuterie experience catered to your likes/dislikes. We make individual charcuterie boats that each guest personalizes.
