Vincent Marra

Owner

Founding partner Vincent Marra has spent a lifetime in the hospitality industry. Reared in his family’s restaurants, it was no surprise when he enrolled in the prestigious culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University. After a brief sojourn to academic life to earn additional degrees in English, Philosophy, and Education Vince returned to his culinary roots. For more than 20 years he held prestigious positions in world-class hospitality organizations. Certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation at age 27,

    The top things: -They have everything you'll need and even the things you didn't think of -They are very reasonably priced -The food is awesome -They are very responsive (especially the head chef) -They offer very creative food options What needed work: -Changing salespeople posed a small challenge but they were still there to help. It offsets some things slightly, however, which can cause the small detail of things discussed with one person to change along the way. This is can be prevented if you (the customer) write everything down. Summary: I'd definitely use GHI again. I would even hire them for a small dinner party gathering simply for the food options.
