​Flora + Fauna Fine Food has been 20+ years in the making. After working in the Bay Area catering industry for over two decades, long time friends Heidi Hornikel and Tamara Ardron knew the time had come to breathe life into their dream. With a robust and well-developed culinary repertoire, a fabulous sense of style and taste, (and a playful streak that has always served them well) this dynamic pair brings culinary and management expertise into California's beautiful Central Coast. ​

At Flora + Fauna Fine Food, we believe in REAL food. We believe in indulgin and delighting the senses. We believe that simple is good, and we strive to create original menus that come from that sweet spot where culinary sophistication and the humble fresh quality of ingredients meet. We believe in joyfully devouring, savoring the present moment, and most of all - in the ability of a good meal to be a conduit of happiness and authentic human connection.
