Cohost is an end to end catering company that partners with the best restaurants in Dallas, and sources menus directly from their kitchens. The restaurants cook, the clients invite the guests, and Cohost does the rest - we collaborate with our hosts on planning, provide service equipment and rentals, transport the food, and then staff our team to execute. Our partnerships allow us to excel in reliable service while promising amazing food quality & variety- a combination unprecedented in the catering world. We are passionate about our relationships with gifted chefs, talented staff, and loyal clients; as well as food, drinks and service.

Cohost is unique because we provide food from the best restaurants in Dallas. We can provide everything for your bar or everything but the booze. And we provide event rentals. We are a one stop shop for the food, beverages and beautiful things for your event.

    Wedding Reception

    Chelsea was a blessing to work with from the very beginning of this event. We were combining multiple vendors and caterers to make this event precisely what the client was dreaming of and the crew from CoHost went above and beyond from start to finish. Very professional and thorough with all communication and services. Would recommend and will absolutely use in the future! Our planning team was very impressed!

Travel Charge is $2.50 per mile outside a 10 mile radius from the Cohost Warehouse, plus $.25 per mile round trip per staff.
Our service charge for full service catering for weddings is 20%, and increases based on the style of service. The price fluctuates because depending on specific details, there could be more coordination, client conversations, preparation time when putting supplies together, etc.
We are a full service rental company. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
Yes, we offer tastings with some restaurants for you and a guest. The charge varies based on the restaurant. Alternatively, please feel free to visit our partner restaurants at your convenience, keep the receipt(s), and we’ll credit back $50 when you book with us.
We can provide meals to satisfy all dietary restrictions except for Kosher (because we do not have certified Kosher staff, vehicles or service equipment).
We are a non-traditional catering company that partners with some of Dallas’s best restaurants. Check out our website at cohostcatering.com for a full list. They do the cooking and we do the rest including planning, delivery, set up, rentals, staffing servers and bartenders, and clean up. We can help you plan an amazing event using your favorite local foodie restaurants.
