Our Cookiemobiles are lovingly restored and hand-painted. Captain Cookie transformed each truck into a mobile bakery with running water, dipping freezer and bakery oven. That's right - we bake right on the truck, so our cookies are always fresh!

Captain Cookie co-owners Juliann and Kirk Francis believe that with great cookies come great responsibility. A large portion of Captain Cookie's profits has always and will always be used as a force for good. Captain Cookie proudly supports efforts to end hunger including the DC Central Kitchen, Capital Area Food Bank and No Kid Hungry, and hosts 50+ fundraisers annually for GW student groups. We want our customers and employees to know that each member of the Captain Cookie community is helping save the world one cookie at a time!

    When planning our wedding we knew we wanted a late night surprise. We decided on Captain Cookie and the Milkman. It was one of the best decisions we made and guests still talk about how awesome/delicious it was to this day. Not only was it extremely easy to book (communication was excellent), but the product couldn’t be beat. The ice cream cookie sandwiches were incredibly tasty, the ice cream super fresh (we’re talking fresh strawberries even) and every individual we worked with from start to finish was the absolute nicest! Guests even commented how nice Dan was manning the truck. Would recommend you book if you’re looking for a wow factor element that will have guests buzzing about for years after, or book just for the awesome cookies. It’s a win-win either way! You won’t regret it.
