Windows believes that the best food comes from placing the finest, responsibly sourced ingredients in the hands of highly skilled chefs. Our menus flow with the seasons, championing produce sourced from the fields, woodlands and waters of the US. We have built a network of food producers and suppliers that are truly best in class whilst sharing our sustainability values. Plant-based dishes feature across all our menus and our in-house menu design team crafts bespoke menus, ensuring that the food for every wedding is totally in tune with the wider creative vision.

Sample catered weddings

Windows Catering never fails to impress and this Washington D.C. wedding at Smithsonian's National Museum of American History was no exception. The bride and groom celebrated by saying their vows at their romantic reception, where they dined with their friends and family on remarkable catering at gold and white table scapes. They danced the unforgettable night away with help from the live entertainment, before cutting into their customized wedding cake which featured a figurine of their adorable dog.

    It was such a pleasure working with Debbie and her team at Windows. They did an amazing job catering our wedding of about 110 people. From the very beginning of the process Debbie was thoughtful, professional, and brought so much attention to detail in our planning. The tasting was fun and allowed us an opportunity to pick and choose what would work best for day of. I also appreciated Debbie’s input when it came to the menu. We had several guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions and windows were able to accommodate all of them. Knowing we not be working with a florist, Windows provided our center pieces. Beautiful white flowers and greenery surrounding three candle holders of different heights. A beautiful touch that helped bring the space together. When it came to day of planning, Debbie was able to help with managing a smooth timeline and ensure all the food was prepared and ready tasting its absolute best. We’ve received tons of compliments on how delicious the food was from our guests. The short rib melted in your mouth and the Halibut was cooked to perfection and served to guests quickly not compromising its quality. For our vegan friends they noted the cauliflower steak was one of the best dishes they’ve had at a wedding. All in all we cannot recommend Windows enough! There are usually two ways people remember wedding food and we feel so lucky that guests walked away full and raving about how good ours was!

    BEST food and service

    We had Windows cater our brunch, and they did not disappoint! The food was divine (our guests asked for to-go boxes!) and the service was impeccable. DELICIOUS!
