Personal catering service specializing in small plates and intimate gatherings. I do my best to bring my patrons into the menu development process as much as possible while also freeing myself up to cook the kinds of foods I like to make.
I am not formally trained, but I am original in my approach and execution. I gained business acumen from my college education; I developed the skill set from the numerous cooks, both professional and amateur, who graced me with their teachings and wisdom. From all these exposures and acquaintances, Black Napkin Catering was conceived.

As a matter of fact, I do! Tastings are complementary, but I only allow up to four people to partake.
However often you would like to feel comfortable and confident in our arrangement.
I do not. However, I am happy to discuss procuring whatever equipment you would like for the event. Additional fees will be associated.
I'm pretty flexible; however, I would request to be at least one month out for bookings.
I am based in the Denver metropolitan area. I am happy to travel to the neighboring suburbs, but that also depends on other factors (i.e., perishability, equipment needs, etc.).
