An Award Winning Chef, Marlene Souza, is the creative and dynamic influence behind Molly B’s Cakes of Distinction and Design. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she received her Associates in Baking Science and Pastry Arts in 2007. A self-taught business woman, Marlene has been successfully designing and creating cakes for over forty years. Specializing in custom made artisan cakes; she will be delighted to design the cake of your dreams.

Born in New York, Marlene’s curiosity for baking began when she was a young girl who observed her mother and grandmother creating the traditional family recipes that eventually would inspire her interests in the culinary arts. As an adult, Marlene would continue her enthusiasm for baking that flourished as a hobby while she was raising her family. With the help of her family and friends, Marlene opened Molly B’s Cakes of Distinction & Design. A family supported business reminiscent of the fond memories created in the kitchen by her relative’s years ago.
