Hello! My name is Ayrion, I'm a born and raised chef in New Orleans, Louisiana. I grew up baking with my father. One of the first desserts my father taught me to make was bread pudding, a New Orleans staple. Also, I've graduated from Eleanor McMain Magnet school and went on to study Pastry Arts at Delgado Community College.
