Welcome! My name is Hailey I'm a baker and cake designer. Sweet Thomas is a home-based bakery located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, and the occasional pie for weddings and any occasion!

We do our absolute best to cater to every couple we come across from beginning to end! I have clients I've followed from their engagement to their children's birthdays. I take absolute pride in my business and treating my clients like family.

Horrible DO NOT USE
Hailey did NOT SHOW UP with the groomscake. I was walking down the aisle and found out she did not bring the Grooms Cake. DO NOT USE HER, she never responded to a call, text, email nothing. Seriously this was the worst experience of my life she is a horrible person who didn't have the decency to call me back.

She’s the one
There’s a lot I’d change about our wedding day (my dress, the venue, wedding party outfits) but our cake from Hailey Cakes is NOT on that list. It was super easy to communicate with her & to get a tasting box shipped to us. She understood what I was envisioning and delivered it exactly. We had a 3 tier cake with each being a different flavor & every single one was delicious, and the way she decorated it came out better than I could’ve imagined. I mention her name anytime someone says they need a cake & I’d hire her for our wedding every single time!

Beautiful and delicious
Hailey Cakes has completed 3 amazing cakes during our wedding journey and every one of them has been SCRUMPTIOUS. The blueberry lemonade cake that I ordered for my Bridal shower, sooooooo moist. If I could post the picture of my immediate reaction of the first bite, you’ll know for sure that I’ll ALWAYS be a Hailey Cakes customer.
