At Coco & Eve, we are a Chicago-based bakery specializing in custom cakes and amazing desserts to celebrate all the special moments in your life… from weddings, birthdays, graduations, showers, and more. If you are looking for something custom-designed, as well as beautiful and delicious, we’d love to help you! Every cake we make is passionately baked from scratch. We over 15+ years of experience in our respective field.

We’re best known for our unique cake flavors paired with our light and dreamy mousse fillings that are not overly sweet. We have all the classic flavors AND unique Asian-inspired flavors including matcha, ube, black sesame, and passionfruit to name a few. We are proud to be a 100% women and minority-owned small business.

    The Most Amazingly Perfect Wedding Cake!

    My fiancé, now husband, worked with Charlene and May May to design our wedding cake this past January. We couldn't be more pleased! Communication was a breeze, and our ideas, along with Coco & Eve's suggestions resulted in an absolutely stunning cake! Charlene suggested some design ideas to compliment our Sophisticated Disney theme while also using a custom monogram we designed. The best part was finally getting to eat the cake! We chose two flavors for our cake; bottom & top tiers (anniversary tier) were a Vanilla cake, layer of Biscoff cookie butter, with Biscoff buttercream and the middle tier was Ube cake, Ube mousse, and Ube buttercream. We would highly recommend Coco & Eve Custom Cakes! Thank you for making our special day that much more special, and tasty!

YES, we offer to-go tastings once a month for wedding cakes and/or large event orders over $500. The fee for a wedding tasting is $40 and will be credited to your order should you decide to move forward with Coco & Eve within 30 days of the tasting. We have a $500 minimum for wedding cakes (before tax and delivery).
Simply designed buttercream cakes start at $7.50/serving, and increase depending on factors such as upgraded flavors, number of fillings, and most especially, the design!
The sooner the better! We can only take a very limited number of wedding cakes each weekend, so ideally, we’d love to hear from you at least 4 - 8 months before your wedding.
Please check with your venue to confirm they don’t have a “required” bakery, but yes, we are licensed and insured!
For Wedding Cakes and Orders over $500, a non-refundable retainer of 40% will be due upon booking. The retainer is non-refundable because it allows us to specifically reserve that day and time slot for your cake and will help cover lost revenue in the event of cancellation.
Yes, for three-tier or taller cakes and custom sweets tables, we offer delivery and set-up for a fee. This must be discussed and scheduled in advance with our team so that we are able to have a skilled cake designer handle delivery to avoid any mishaps. Delivery is an added to your cake subtotal and typically starts at $100 in the city of Chicago.
