The Sippin’ Stand

The Sippin' Stand is the first self-serve frozen drink mobile rental company in Folsom, Louisiana. We add a new and exciting way to serve beverages to your guests at all your private events! We wanted to create a business that can be customizable for everyone. That being a slushy bar for the kids, a daiquiri bar for your island getaway, or a frose/mimosa bar for the new bride.

We can mold the stand into the uniqueness of your event! That being from balloons, custom drink signs, and fruit or candy garnishes. We can make our stand the perfect fit for your event. We try to be a one-stop-shop and are constantly find out new add-ons to give our customers to enhance their party needs.

    Amazing addition to our party!!

    The Sippin' Stand was a HIT!!! Everyone absolutely loved the addition to the party and being able to make their own drinks was such a fun experience.

    Best Frozen Drink Rental

    We loved our experience with The Sippin' Stand! It was so easy to setup- everything is done for you, they drop off and set up the stand where you would like, prepare everything for the stand, such as, the drink machine, cups, garnishments, signage, balloons, etc. It's one less thing you have to do for your party/event. The Sippin' Stand is a great addition to any party/event! The drinks are delicious! I highly recommend booking with them! We will be booking again!

    Perfect for parties of any kind!

    We hired the Sippin stand for our daughter's 2nd birthday party, which was a Fat Twosday party, around Mardi Gras. It was perfect for kids and adults alike. We left the alcohol on the side so everyone could enjoy the slushies. It was a huge hit! We had 4 flavors, hurricane, Pina Colada, Strawberry and king cake. They were all delicious but the hurricane was our guest's favorite! They were easy to communicate with as well. The entire experience with them was wonderful. We highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.


We deliver, set up, mix the drink mixture and style! We will pick up the stand and the frozen drink machine at the agreed upon time.
There is a required $100 Security Deposit, which is applied to your total balance. Once the contract and deposit have been received then your date is secured.
You will be invoiced right after your date is booked but your total balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.
If you need to cancel The Sippin' Stand, as long as you cancel 7 days prior to your event, you will receive a full refund and if you cancel less than 7 days from your event, we will refund your balance with the exception of your security deposit.
Any damages to the machines or stand will result in loss of security deposit or replacement costs of equipment. If the rental equipment is not available at time of pick up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
We accept Venmo, credit card, cash or check. Our invoices are sent via Quickbooks, which you can pay directly through as well.
State laws prevent us from providing or selling you alcohol. We will provide you with a detailed shopping list to make sure you get everything you need!
Of course! We will supply the beverage mix and mix it all together for you the day of the event. The Sippin' Stand is not responsible if you run out of beverages at your event.
We can stay and man the stand for an additional cost, which can be found on our stand pricing page.
They are rented for one day. Any additional days are $100 per day.
Please allow 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for pick up.
Outside of The Sippin' Stand rental, we also offer balloon services, custom drink signs, additional mixes, serving attendant and fruit/candy garnishes! You can purchase these services or rentals separately, or combine them!
We are keeping business to the Northshore at the moment and the Mandeville/Covington/Madisonville/Folsom areas are included in our pricing. If your event location is outside of the Mandeville/Covington/Madisonville/Folsom areas, we do have a small travel fee. We prefer to stay within the Greater St. Tammany area, but we will always consider traveling to you to make your event happen if you reach out to us!
Our "Original" & "Deluxe" stand is 2.5 feet wide x 6.5 feet tall x 5 feet long. We can fit indoors if the venue has a french door entryway. We always ask that you confirm with your venue to see if it is okay with them before booking with us. Please ensure that the space for stand is clean & cleared and there is an outlet nearby for the machines. The Sippin' Stand is equipped to be inside and primarily located outside for events. If requesting to be outside, we prefer to be under a porch or awning to keep the stand out of weather for long durations of the day.
Both dispensers hold 4 gallons of frozen drink mix, which can yield around 40 to 45, 12oz drinks in each dispenser.
We require 30 days in advance for The Sippin' Stand but if needed sooner we will work our best to get the date you need.
We will discuss all items for your wedding via email or phone. We will reach out a week before your event to give you a list of recommended alcohol if you are going to make the drink alcoholic and discuss setup and pickup times. We try to make your experience easy and low stress.
