    Couldn't recommend The Bar Assembly more!

    I had the opportunity to work alongside Harrison and The Bar Assembly at a wedding, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish, and their bar setup looked incredible. It added such an elegant touch to the reception and fit seamlessly with the overall atmosphere of the day. Harrison was organized, communicative, and made the entire experience smooth not only for the couple but for everyone involved. His team was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service to guests all night. It's always refreshing to work with vendors who genuinely care about creating a great experience, and The Bar Assembly definitely does. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful bar setup and exceptional service on their wedding day.

No. We’re a dry hire mobile bar service, which means you provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest. We’ll even help you determine exactly how much alcohol to purchase so you don’t overbuy.
Every package includes our luxury mobile bar, professional bartender(s), bar tools, ice, cups, straws, napkins, fresh garnishes, setup, service, and cleanup. We bring everything needed for a seamless bar experience—except the alcohol.
We’re based in Southeast Louisiana and happily travel throughout the Greater New Orleans, Northshore, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for venues outside our standard service area.
Absolutely! Whether you’d like signature cocktails, classic favorites, or a full open bar, we’ll work with you to create a menu that fits your style, theme, and guest list.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall weddings. A signed agreement and retainer secure your date, and we’ll work with you every step of the way leading up to your event.
