About this venue

Fleur de Lis Event Center is an all-inclusive wedding venue in Mandeville, on Louisiana's Northshore, 35 minutes from New Orleans. The Pontchartrain Ballroom holds up to 500 guests, the Jazz Ballroom 50 to 300 and our Private Restaurant up to 100. Each ballroom has its own entrance, bar, restrooms, New Orleans-style courtyard, and bridal and groom suites. Pricing is a room rental of $2,000 to $8,000 plus $45 per guest for food, open bar and staffing; a 150-guest wedding typically totals $8,900 to $14,900 before sales tax and a 10% service charge. Every wedding includes 18 hand-passed hors d'oeuvres, a Louisiana buffet with staffed action stations, a three-hour House Plus Wine open bar, tables, chairs, linens, china, centerpieces, setup, cleanup and comprehensive on-site coordination. Indoor and outdoor ceremonies, with a rain plan in your own ballroom at no extra charge. Free on-site parking. Locally owned since 2009.

Pontchartrain Ballroom

Our largest ballroom, with a fiber-optic star ceiling, real gas lighting, a balcony seating nearly 100, and a private New Orleans-style courtyard.

The Pontchartrain Ballroom holds weddings of 300, 400 and up to 500 guests. A fiber-optic star ceiling, real gas lighting, brick detail and an illuminated cake backdrop give it French Quarter character, with a large dance floor and a balcony seating nearly 100 at regular tables. It has its own entrance, restrooms, brick-top bar, bridal and groom suites, and a private courtyard with a wrought-iron ceremony dome. Indoor ceremonies and the rain plan stay in this room.

Private Restaurant

A completely private, stand-alone space for up to 100 guests, with its own entrance, bar, front courtyard and covered patio.

The Private Restaurant is a separate building booked as a full private buyout, ideal for rehearsal dinners, showers, smaller weddings, post-wedding brunches, corporate dinners and celebrations of life. It holds up to approximately 100 guests with no formal minimum, and works for seated dinners, cocktail receptions or daytime luncheons. Menus come from our on-site kitchen. Rehearsal dinners are $57 per guest with food and open bar, or $47 with non-alcoholic beverages, including staffing and setup

Jazz Ballroom

Two indoor fountains, a star ceiling and a fabric-and-string-light canopy over the dining area, with its own private courtyard.

The Jazz Ballroom works especially well for 50 to 300 guests. Two permanent indoor fountains, a fiber-optic star ceiling, brick architecture and a fabric ceiling with soft string lighting give it a distinct character from the Pontchartrain. It has an open dance floor, an upstairs DJ booth, a dedicated picture room, and its own entrance, restrooms, brick-top bar, bridal and groom suites, and private courtyard with a wrought-iron ceremony dome for outdoor ceremonies.
