The Hitching Post
The Hitching Post is a mother–daughter–owned mobile bar based in North Carolina, serving curated drink experiences from a restored vintage horse trailer. We offer handcrafted cocktails, elevated mocktails, coffee and tea service, and cozy hot cocoa bars, all featuring custom menus tailored to your event. We proudly highlight local NC spirits and farm-fresh ingredients, and our setup is completely zero-noise (no generators), allowing us to blend seamlessly into your celebration. At The Hitching Post, we’re all about thoughtful hospitality, connection, and creating moments worth raising a glass to.

The perfect baseline for an unforgettable celebration! The Canter provides professional, high-energy bar service tailored to your curated selection of beer and wine. We handle the pours, the tools, and the "cheers," while you keep the savings of a dry bar service.

Our most popular choice for a high-energy celebration! The Gallop takes your bar to the next level with customized signature cocktails. Whether themed to your wedding vibe, your love story, or named after your favorite pets, we create a menu that is uniquely you.

Always a Hit at Our Events
The Hitching Post has provided TAC with a thoughtfully curated beverage experience at a number of events we've hosted. From upscale cocktails at our formal Stars & Stripes Soirée to fun and tasty mocktails at our team’s Blue-Green Kickoff, their specialty drinks and reliable standards always delight our guests. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere consistently puts the engagement over the top. Highly recommend!

The Hitching Post beverage cart was an absolute highlight at our school spring festival! From start to finish, they were fantastic. They were professional, organized, and incredibly easy to coordinate with. They brought such a fun and creative touch to the event, and the setup itself was beautiful. Most importantly, the drinks were delicious and such a hit with both kids and adults! You can really tell they care about quality and the overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner for our event and can’t wait to work with them again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with The Hitching Post at our event this past weekend! Lisa was wonderful to work with—friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. The mocktails, lemonade, and cold brew were a huge hit with our guests. Everything was set up beautifully and ran smoothly. Highly recommend for any event!
