Mix & Mingle Mobile Bar Co offers timeless bar rentals, professional bartending services, and full-service craft cocktail experiences. The bar is the most visited place during any event, so it needs to SHINE! From every little detail that we put into the bar to every delicious cocktail served, we want it to be special. Most importantly, we want to help eliminate the stress of planning and executing bar service so that you can enjoy your day as much as your guests. We mix...you mingle!

We believe the difference between good and great is in the details. With a little extra thought, effort, and preparation, even a basic cocktail or mocktail can feel special. We specialize in creating cocktails using our in-house made infused syrups, fresh mixers, and artfully crafted garnishes that elevate the experience with aromatics and enhanced visual appeal. Our goal is to create cocktails that turn into memories, one sip at a time. We also want each client to feel supported and taken care of from booking to the big day. The journey to get to the big day can be hectic, but we are here every step of the way.

    This team is absolutely incredible!

    This team is absolutely incredible! They helped make both our engagement party and wedding so special that we can’t imagine having done it without them. After how amazing they were at our engagement party, hiring them for the wedding was an easy choice. They made the whole process feel effortless and stress-free. I especially appreciated how thoughtful and patient they were when I couldn’t decide on a signature cocktail. We talked it through together and landed on the perfect pair: a fun tiki drink that was a total crowd-pleaser and a scotch mule that guests are still raving about! Their attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care made all the difference. I can’t recommend them enough and would absolutely work with them again for any future event!

    HIGHLY Recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would. An incredible experience from start to finish. The attention to detail was perfect, clear communication and planning, they took all our recommendations and crafted the perfect cocktail. The bar was beautiful. I would 1000% use them again.

A&J Event Planning and Coordination
We are based out of Powhatan, VA, just west of Richmond, VA. We include 40 miles of travel with all of our services, but can provide services anywhere in the state of Virginia. We've served all over Richmond and surrounding areas, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, The Northern Neck, and everywhere in between.
From booking to the big day, we will meet for your drink menu consultation and then again at the walk-through if applicable. During the drink menu consultation, we will select your cocktails/mocktails, provide guidance on wine and beer options, and collect any other details needed to make your bar experience perfect. We will then send a final check-in email to you, your planner, and/or the venue 30 days before the wedding to confirm any details and plans that we have. We are always available via call, text, or email and are happy to schedule additional meetings if needed.
We require 50% of your bar/bartender rental down. Once that is received and the contract signed, you are set! From there you will receive our client questionnaire where we will collect information about your vision for your wedding, drink preferences, flavor preferences, etc so that we can tailor your service to match your individual needs.
Our Vintage Horse Trailer Mobile Bar requires at least L: 13' W: 8' H: 8', plus room for our vehicle to get it where it needs to be. It also needs to be on flat ground and have access to electricity (15amp-20amp standard residential plug within 100ft of trailer location). Other electrical accommodations can be made with an additional fee (longer cord, rv plug, generator). Water hook up is not required, but very helpful.
