Hi, I'm Gemma — equal parts cocktail lover, experience designer, and detail obsessive. With a background in corporate operations and a passion for beautiful hospitality, I set out to reimagine what bar service could look like: personal, visually stunning, and intentional. Beautiful drinks are only the beginning. To me, the bar should set the atmosphere - where conversations flow, laugher is shared, and memories are made. Lumière is my love letter to celebration — and I'd be honored to bring that magic to yours.

    Easy to work with / extremely inspiring

    While I was getting ready to launch my own business, I had the chance to work with Gemma on a few early ideas and several different administrative tasks and workflow. I learned so much from her in this process. She is extremely well-organized, communicative, and always thinking ahead. She took the time to help me on several things to get my business set up even when she was busy with many things. I also joined one of her cocktail tasting events and the cocktails were simply amazing. She was big on the experience factor and even made each guest their own unique cocktail based on what they liked. Watching Gemma building Lumière from the ground up, and seeing how she brought her exact vision and ideas to life has been truly inspiring. I have no doubt Lumière will bring joy to many people and grow to be a beautiful, trusted mobile bar brand in the industry.

    Amazing Cocktails / Memorable Experience!

    My Girlfriend and I had the chance to attend a cocktail tasting with Lumière Bubble Co. and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The cocktails were amazing and the presentation was beautiful. My gf especially loved all the fun varieties. You could tell Gemma put a lot of care into each drink and all the little details that made the whole setup feel super unique. The whole event felt super intimate and we genuinely had a great time!

A dry hire mobile bar means the client purchases and provides the alcohol, and Lumière Bubble Co. provides everything else for the mobile bar experience — including bartending service, bar setup, styling, mixers, garnishes, ice, drinkware, and event support based on your selected package. We’ll also help guide your drink menu and let you know exactly how much alcohol to purchase, so the process remains clear and stress-free for you. This model gives you more flexibility and transparency: you choose the alcohol you love, avoid traditional alcohol markups, and keep any unopened bottles after the event.

If you want more customization options — including personalized signature drinks, custom menu design, custom drinkware, and other details, Effervescence may be a better fit. For a fully elevated experience with white-glove service and statement design elements such as matching event florals, Prestige Cuvée is the most complete option.
